      <description>As a Registered Dietitian, I disagree with the above claim that "grains kill." Whole grains are a great source, not only of fiber, but vitamin E, B Vitamins, Iron, Zinc, Selenium, and Magnesium.</description>

      <description>i dispute the basic assumptions here. "Eating more calories than you expend causes weight gain." i am not a machine, there is much more going on when i eat--growing, replacing cells, saving calories for lean times, etc.</description>
