The Warren County Engineer's Office announces that the second Public Involvement Meeting for the study of Fields Ertel Road Corridor, between Reed Hartman Highway and Wilkens Boulevard will be held from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 23 at the Symmes Twp. Safety Building, 8871 Weekly Lane, Cincinnati (off Mason Road, between Fields Ertel and Montgomery Roads).
The purpose of this meeting is to review analyses of the existing conditions within the corridor and review recommendations to improve traffic flow and safety within this heavily traveled urban corridor.
Extras
Recommendations include the addition of a center turn lane, wider shoulders, curbs, an enclosed storm water drainage system and re-grading the roadway profile to improve sight distance along the corridor. In several areas, alternative recommendations have been developed and will be available for review and input.
The meeting will be held in an informal, open house format. No formal presentation will be made. Studies, findings and preliminary plans of the study area will be on display for your review. The study is being conducted by KZF, Inc. of Cincinati.
