Trustees approve final site plans for car detailing business

The Hamilton Twp. board of trustees approved stage three final site plans on Wednesday, April 17 for a new car care business.
Autoshine, a new car detailing business, will be located at 123 U.S. 22/ Ohio 3 and will sit on 1.69 acres. The area is currently the site of Landen Motors, and Autoshine will be leasing approximately 700 square feet of a garage area to do the detailing work. There will also be a small office area in the garage.
Extras
No new structures or parking areas will be built as part of this project.
The trustees approved the plans but stipulated the exterior sign along the road must conform to township zoning rules and asked the business be advertised as Hamilton Twp.
