Thursday, May 01, 2008

Eight Lebanon High School students will face criminal charges stemming from vandalism inflicted on more than 50 cars Wednesday, March 30, parked in the student lot at Springboro High School, officials said.

The students are accused of using washable spray-chalk and washable paint to write on the windshields of vehicles in the lot, officials said.

There was no permanent damage reported.

Depending on their age, the students will be charged with criminal mischief as adults in Springboro Mayor's Court or as juveniles in Warren County Juvenile Court in Lebanon, officials said.
