Extras
"This is a show for people looking for some wonderful, upscale, but still affordable goods," said show manager Doug Supinger.
Supinger said around 40 dealers from several states will be showcasing their wares at the show, which will feature fine 18th- to 20th-century antique furniture, china, crystal, linens, paintings, lighting and general line of antiques.
Supinger said that economic concerns have not hurt the antique market.
"There's not anything people have to have, but if you cater to their wants, you can still succeed."
Supinger said his secret to a good show is to emphasize quality over sheer numbers. "You can't just fill a show with junk."
For the Lebanon show Supinger said he has brought in several dealers from southwest Ohio and Michigan and Indiana.
"I try to keep a positive atmosphere in the show," he said. "I think we're going to have a lot of great items. People in this area value their antiques and will definitely be interested in what we have to offer."
