Little Miami residents indicted by Warren County Grand Jury

The following people were indicted for various charges by the Warren County Grand Jury on Friday, May 16, according to Warren County Prosecutor Rachel Hutzel:
• Alvin Bishop, 57, from the 3000 block of E. Foster Maineville Road, was indicted on one charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony and one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

• Andrew Richardson, 25, from the 5000 block of Zoar Road, was indicted on two counts of domestic violence, both third-degree felonies. Police say the defendant and victim live together and a fight broke out in their home. Richardson also has three prior domestic violence convictions.
• Ty Yelton, 39, from the 1000 block of Shawnee Drive, was indicted on one count of operating a vehicle under the influence, a fourth-degree felony, two counts of operating under the influence and two counts of endangering children, all first-degree misdemeanors.
