LEBANON — YMCA Camp Kern is partnering with Wright State University's Musical Theater/Acting Preparatory Program to offer year round acting, singing and dance classes at the Warren County camp this month and this summer will offer two performing arts camps.
Year-round classes will be held at Camp Kern in its Moore Building on Tuesday night's beginning in January. Registration can be made by contacting the MAPP program at www.wsumapp.org.
The first summer performing arts camp will be for ages 9-11 and the second for ages 12-16. Campers will study in their chosen areas of concentration with MAPP faculty from Wright State, while still experiencing the magic of summer camp. Each summer session will end with a performing arts showcase.
Camp Kern is registering summer campers for its 99th summer of operation. For more information, call (513) 932-3756 or (937) 775-3501 or visit www.campkern.org and www.wsumapp.org.
