Springboro senior gets test of her fashion sense

CLEARCREEK TWP., Warren County — Rachael Roberts of Springboro is completing the senior-only marketing program at the Warren County Career Center.
One of the top three students in the WCCC class of 2008, Roberts said she signed up for the marketing program because she originally was interested in fashion merchandising, which is a component of the program.

"I loved it at the career center," she said. "I am one of those people who needs to do it to learn it. I met some great friends that I wouldn't have met otherwise. My senior year here has been great for me."
Roberts, who finished with a 4.0 grade-point average, will attend the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology in Kettering this fall to work on her certification as a Pharmacy Tech.
"I want to help people," she said. "I will eventually go on for more schooling."
