Dec. 6

Police were called to the 900 block of Stanwood with reports of a juvenile assaulting his younger brother. A juvenile boy from that residence was arrested on suspicion of juvenile violence.

The rear window of a car parked in the 1200 block of Locust Forge was broken out.

A car parked in the 900 block of Sharon Avenue was reported vandalized.

A mailbox was damaged in the 1300 block of Lance Court.

Two guitars were stolen from the 1100 block of Hunters Run Road.

Dec. 5

A 24-year-old man from the 1000 block of North State Route 48 was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Columbus Avenue. A passenger in the car, a 24-year-old man from the 200 block of Iroquois Drive, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

A cell phone was reported stolen from a student at Berry Intermediate School.

A package containing a phone worth $200 was stolen off a porch in the 800 block of Whispering Pine.

A television set was stolen from the 600 block of Ridge.

The tires on a car parked in the 1400 block of Columbus were slashed overnight.

A truck was hit by a grocery cart while parked in the Walmart parking lot.

Wedding rings and gift cards were reported stolen from a home in the 000-100 block of Roughway.

A mailbox was damaged in the 300 block of Triple Crown Drive.

A 46-year-old man with no permanent address was arrested on suspicion on theft after being caught attempting to fraudulently return a mixer he had not purchased from Walmart.
