A Mason man accused of breaking an infant’s arm in June 2009 has been indicted by a Warren County Grand Jury.

The grand jury indicted Brian Kubilus, 30, of 206 N. East St., Mason, Friday, Feb. 5 on charges of endangering children and felonious assault, both second-degree felonies.

Nolan said Kubilus allegedly broke the arm of a 10-month-girl who was the daughter of his girlfriend sometime between June 5 and June 19 in Mason. He told the babysitter that the infant had hurt her arm, but the babysitter found that the injury was much more serious.

Kubilus is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday, Feb. 10 in common pleas court.
