HAMILTON — A Hamilton man already facing charges in Hamilton County for allegedly having sexual contact with a teenage girl has been indicted in Butler County in connection with his relationship with the same 13-year-old.
Adam Kendell, 26, of the 600 block of Ludlow Avenue, was indicted Wednesday, Oct. 28, on three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to a Butler County grand jury report.
Kendell was arrested Sept. 14 by Sharonville police, who found him — with the girl inside a room — at the Sharon Villa Motel on Lebanon Road. The girl had been reported missing by her mother three days earlier after she didn’t come home from a school dance at Garfield Middle School.
Before checking in at the Sharonville motel, Kendell was with the girl at the Cove Motel on Dixie Highway in Hamilton and at other locations in the city, according to Hamilton police.
Kendell is facing eight counts of an unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in Hamilton County, according to court records.
