HAMILTON — Two teens have been indicted in connection with the September stabbing death of a 15-year-old West Chester Twp. girl.
A Butler County grand jury on Wednesday, Oct. 28, returned a murder indictment against Khrendon Disjon Gray, 18, of Springfield Twp. in the slaying of Amber Robinson Sept. 10.
Rashon Martin, 17, of Forest Park, who is being tried as an adult, was indicted for complicity to murder, according to the grand jury report.
Both teens are housed in the Butler County Jail on $1 million bonds.
West Chester Twp. police found 15-year-old Robinson, with a stab wound to her left side, lying in the street at Triangle Drive and West Wind Court in the North Pointe Townhomes after responding to several calls about a disturbance. That night, they charged Gray with murder.
Earlier this month, Butler County Juvenile Court Judge Ronald Craft transferred Martin’s case to adult court.
West Chester Twp. police say Martin handed the knife used to stab Robinson to Gray. Detectives say the fatal stabbing occurred during a series of fights at the housing complex.
