Archbishop talks about past sex scandals

Archbishop Daniel E. Pilarczyk, who was archbishop of the Cincinnati parish during the child abuse scandals, talks about the church's reaction to the scandals. Pilarczyk is retiring from the Cincinnati parish and is the longest-serving bishop at 75.
