Gas prices have spiked across the county for the Fourth of July weekend, rising as much as 20 cents in some areas.

However, if you are willing to travel, the cheapest price this morning in the Greater Cincinnati area is at the McCauly’s Carryout on Fields Ertel Road in Cincinnati., which is celebrating its grand opening today. The station is priced at $2.29, according to cincygasprices.com.

as far as I'm concerned he used up his "chance" when he signed the bill containing 9000 earmarks after promising not to. But then he is a Democrap, why should we be surprised he did the opposite of what he said he would. John Kerry anyone???

LOL. Bush is the oil man, as was his daddy and his grand-daddy. Do research and you will see. Obama doesn't have oil buddies. So why would anyone even try to blame the spike on Obama when clearly you have to be in the oil business to be blamed. Yeah granted Obama isn't doing a great job, and is going against everything he "preached" about, but we should at least give him a chance. We gave Bush a chance, he screwed it up by letting things get out of control!!!

fedup-that's what worries me! it's funny how we don't hear the lefties whining about "Obama's oil buddies" when prices spike like people whined about "Bush's oil buddies". But they are well-versed in the double standard.

First of all, jm, quit relying on the gov't to do everything for you.... You're an idiot....

Secondly--it's only a matter of time before Bush is to blame.

Here is the bottom line: Quit complaining. This happens EVERY travel holiday and has for years and year. Get over it!
Are you kidding?
