The Warren County Health Department will offer free H1N1 vaccines at a walk-in clinic 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19 at Urbancrest Baptist Church, 2634 Drake Road, Lebanon.
Both the H1N1 nasal spray and the H1N1 injection will be available at this clinic. The nasal spray vaccine is recommended for healthy people ages two through 49. The H1N1 shot is recommended for all others.
The CDC recommends that children nine-years-old and younger will need two doses of the vaccine. There should be at least 28 days between the first and second dose. If a child has received the first dose of H1N1 flu vaccine on or prior to Nov. 21, they are eligible to receive their second dose of vaccine at this clinic.
Additional information about upcoming H1N1 clinics can be found at www.co.warren.oh.us/health.
