Lebanon police have arrested a Lebanon High School student for allegedly threatening another student.
According to police dispatchers, after school hours on Thursday, May 14, school officials notified police a student made threats against another student sometime that day.
Following an investigation, police took the student into custody. The student was being held at the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center and charges are pending.
Lebanon schools Superintendent Mark North said the district’s policy does not allow him to comment on specific student disciplinary issues, but he said that in severe cases, when a student would return to school, they would go through the school’s normal disciplinary procedure, including suspension and/or expulsion hearings.
